The Dover Sherborn Middle School will present the musical “The Little Mermaid” in the Dover-Sherborn Mudge Auditorium from Thursday, December 7, through Saturday, December 9, including a Saturday matinee.

This is the fourth Dover-Sherborn middle school musical that Claire Mackay has directed.  “The Mudge auditorium will be transformed into an under-the-sea, magical universe that offers electric eels, an evil sea witch, beautiful mermaids, and abundant and entertaining fish life” says Mackay. “This beautiful and electrifying musical will appeal to both children and adults alike. ‘The Little Mermaid’ is an enchanting, heartwarming show with an important message about love and following your dreams that families in our area will definitely not want to miss!”

There will be opportunities to win raffles with each performance, with prizes including a sport-themed basket (Fitbit), a chef’s basket, and the popular Giving Tree Basket (gift cards, lottery tickets and cash). For Saturday matinee, there will be a raffle opportunity to join Ariel on stage at the end of the show and sing with her.

Tickets will be available starting on November 18 at Dover Market, Sherborn Citgo, and online at www.ticketstage.com. Tickets will also be available at the door. Prices are $15 per person for general seating and $18 for reserved seating.
