The Dover-Sherborn Regional High School indoor track had several of its members qualify for states this past weekend in their freshman/sophomore meet at the Reggie Lewis Center in Boston.
A week after breaking the school record in the mile (5:33.35) and qualifying herself for Division V states, Caitlin Britt continued her strong season by placing fourth in the mile (5:34.15).
Noah Guarini also qualified for states by placing sixth in the mile with a personal record time of 4:44.39.
Bradley Peterson (41.38) and James Gibbons (42.57) each ran personal record times in the 300-meter.
The DS 4x400 relay team consisting of Guarini, Peterson, Ryan Clarke, and Stephen Fitzpatrick all ran personal records on their splits and as a unit finished with a personal record time of 4:12.07.
Becke Schutte made it to the finals of the long jump where he recorded a 17’08.5.” Evan Chameski ran an 11.41 in the 55 hurdles.
