The last game of the King Philip Walpole Youth Hockey season turned into the longest game, but ended in KPW's fifth league championship in 2015-2016 season.

The KPW Bantam 2 team and the South Coast Panthers skated a 2-2 tie into five overtimes before KPW finally pushed the game-winning goal across the line and captured the Bantam B Re Championship Sunday night in Brockton.

KPW, seeded first in the division, went 16-0 in the regular season, then beat No. 8 Franklin, 7-2 in the quarters and earned a spot in the championship game against the third-seeded Panthers by beating No. 4 Norwood, 7-1.
